Remember Fleet Air Arm?

THE EDITOR: Could you possibly print this within your newspaper, possibly on your letters page? I would be most grateful. I am a radio producer currently putting together a documentary for BBC Radio 4 about the Fleet Air Arm training school (HMS Goshawk) that was based at Piarco during the Second World War. This is now the national airport at Port-of-Spain.

I would like to hear from any Trinidadians who remember these men being over in Trinidad, and who may even have made friends with them, or worked with them. Does anyone remember them all leaving, and the planes going? I am coming out to do some recording in mid-November and would like to include Trinidadians in the programme.
