Congrats to new TTUTA secretary

THE EDITOR: I would like to show appreciation, and say congrats to my former classmate (Cipriani Labour College 2002-2004) and comrade Mr David Lewis for being elected General Secretary in the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association Election (October 21, 2004). I know that you would do an excellent job and provide the necessary hard work and dedication that the labour movement requires in this trying time and assist in continuing growth and development to carry TTUTA forward. Congrats David.
