Pet pitbull mauls boy, 4

A four-year-old boy was attacked by a pitbull at his Chaguanas home around midday yesterday. Reports reveal that Sanjay Sood’s mother left him at home with his nine-year-old sister. A pet pitbull, which was given to the family a few days before, attacked the child, biting him on the shoulder and head. He managed to escape further attacks and was rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex where he is now warded. A report was made to the Chaguanas Police Station, where Cpl Terrence Williams is investigating.
