San F’do bus service an insult

THE EDITOR: Please permit me a space in your newspaper to express my views on the PTSC service to San Fernando from Port-of-Spain. The service being offered to the people of San Fernando by the PTSC is quite discourteous, insulting and totally unacceptable. The people of San Fernando wait an average of two to three hours for a bus during the day and also at peak time, when you think they should be expecting a heavy flow of traffic through the terminals.

These people include the elderly and parents with infants and toddlers. While this is happening buses are clearing other terminals three and four imes. What is the problem with the service to San Fernando? If you would like to ask this question, you might as well ask yourself, because there is no one to ask, and if you do find someone they have no answers. Please, someone in authority address this situation before the people of San Fernando abandon the PTSC service.
