Good, bad and the ugly of TT
The good is reflected in the honest, decent and hard-working people of our country, the vast majority.
The bad is reflected in those who refuse to be good, by their own free will and choice, and steal, cheat, deceive, rob and murder from the good majority.
Then there is the ugly, those who choose not to do their work, a subset of the bad really.
Those who are getting paid and not doing their jobs.
For example, are you one of the ugly ones getting paid for cleaning our drains, rivers and roadways? Driving along the Diego Martin Highway, for example, and the Cocorite stretch of the Western Main Road, St James, one is left to think that TT comprises of more than two islands, so many tiny “islands” of piles of garbage with vegetation growing out of them.
Somebody is getting paid to clean these. And to add insult to it all, they more than likely drive by these “islands” at least twice a day.
And this in the constituency of the Prime Minister and where our Chief Justice resides. The jury rests.
Which group do you belong to?
