North Eastern cops recover drugs, guns in Morvant

According to police reports, officers of the North Eastern Division conducted exercises in their division, between the hours of 3.30 pm and 8.15pm on Thursday.

During their rounds, they received information which led them to Coconut Drive, Morvant, where they recovered a Glock pistol, and 13 rounds of ammunition, along with a quantity of cocaine.

They then made their way to El Socorro, where they found two home-made pistols and a quantity of marijuana was recovered.

The exercise was spearheaded by Senior Supt Saramsingh and Inspector Alexander with aid from Sgt Guelmo and officers of the North Eastern Division.
