IC clears former minister

She said having considered the evidence obtained, the commission has concluded there was no breach of the Act.

She added that no breach of the Prevention of Corruption Act was identified. In a release, Ramadharsingh recalled that Warner made the allegations against him in August 2013.

Ramadharsingh said the commission’s ruling has vindicated him.
