Second man charged with foreman’s murder

The 27-year-old suspect will appear before a magistrate in the Couva court today.

Vespry, of Union Village, Claxton Bay was shot and killed along Railway Road, Couva in the vicinity of the Couva West Secondary School seconds after he had exited his Nissan Almera car after being hit from behind by a white AD wagon Pipe fitter Jonathan “Bucket” Lawrence, 25, of Tarouba has also been charged with Vespry’s murder and made his first appearance in court on July 15. Cpl Patrick of the Homicide Bureau Region Three laid the charges.
