Climate change in Tobago

Schools benefiting from the “Combatting Climate Change: What You Can Do” project tour were the Scarborough RC Primary, Bishop’s High School, Campbell’s Educational Institute and Signal Hill Secondary.

The discussions and activities were geared to encouraging lifestyle changes and focused on “Eat and Grow Local” and also reducing carbon footprint together with the linkages about how climate change affects all of us. The sessions included Power Point presentations, videos and posters and the information was well received by the teachers and students.

The Climate Change Project, now in its fifth year, is working with schools all across TT . The project funded by the Federal Republic of Germany.
