Sean Paul helps beat TT in water polo

KINGSTON: Reggae Dancehall superstar Sean Paul revisited his youth on Thursday night and led Jamaica’s Invitational Masters to a 14-11 victory over Trinidad and Tobago in the International Youth vs Experience Water Polo Challenge Series at the National Stadium Pool. The 29-year-old Paul, who represented Jamaica in water polo as a teenager at the Caribbean Championship, scored six goals as the Jamaica Masters topped TT by three. In another match on the opening day, Hungary defeated Jamaica Under-20s 8-3.

Curacao arrived late and missed their Thursday night assignment against the Hungarians.  The Dutch Caribbean side opened their campaign today morning and lost 13-8 to the Jamaica Invitational Masters. In other matches slated for yesterday, Jamaica Youth play TT, Hungary meet Curacao, Curacao face TT and Jamaica Invitational Masters tackle Hungary.
