Jamaican footballers meet SSFL winners

THE JAMAICAN schoolboys football team, a combination of Excelsior High School and Glenmuir High School, arrived in Trinidad yesterday for a two-match tour. Today, the Jamaicans will meet British Gas Secondary Schools Football League (SSFL) Big 5 winners, the “Green Machine” St Augustine, at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo from 4 pm.

And the “Tigers” St Anthony’s, who completed a three-peat of Intercol crowns last week, will host the Jamaicans on Sunday, from 3.30 pm, at their Westmoorings Ground. Meanwhile, the annual official match will be staged tomorrow at the QRC Ground, St Clair.
