Protect workers, strengthen unions

All workers within a bargaining unit must automatically pay union dues unless they choose to withdraw voluntarily, with penalties.

All workers also have the authority to change their union and the registration, recognition and certification of a union must take place within a specified time, with penalties to be paid by the employer and the board.

All workers must be protected during this period of economic downturn and recession.
