Create demand, supply will follow

In my humble opinion, if you create the demand for CNG, which the government can do with the stroke of a pen by making it mandatory every new/foreign used vehicle is CNG compliant prior to being licensed, you bet your bottom dollar the supply of CNG will all of a sudden appear.

The Prime Minister is currently talking about bringing Sandals Resorts to Tobago. In order to create the environment for TT to be attractive to tourists, which it currently is not, we need to change our mindset and inward- looking culture created by the very politicians over decades, not to mention our inability to deal with the scourge of crime.

If we make our country a preferred choice as a tourist destination, the supply will come in the form of Sandals and much more.

Once the demand is there, businesses will no doubt supply.
