Rewards for SEA pupils
On July 5, SEA pupils were invited to call in to a radio programme for the chance to win five movie tickets each, and Chelsea Dunbar and Quindel Mc Cloud were the successful participants.
Dunbar, a student of Blackman’s Private School, and Mc Cloud, from Rosary Boys RC School were excited about their win. They were also delighted to be presented with a full collection of Despicable Me 3 toys from the McDonald’s Happy Meal. “I’m very happy,” said Dunbar. “It’s very exciting to be the first in the country to get all 12 toys.” Lisa Sadler of MovieTowne assist in facilitating the pupils’ special gift.
“MovieTowne is delighted to partner with McDonald’s on this venture,” she said in a media release. “The nation’s SEA students should be proud of their achievements, and we at MovieTowne are happy to provide a space where these young people and their families can enjoy themselves at great movies like Despicable Me 3.” Kalifa Duncan, operations supervisor, Arcos Dorados Trinidad Ltd, presented the youngsters with their tickets.
“McDonald’s is very happy to give these young people a fun reward for their hard work,” she said. “We invite all of our young customers to visit McDonald’s, and we know they will be very excited by our newest collection of Happy Meal toys. The Despicable Me 3 characters are so well loved, and these Happy Meal toys are a fantastic treat for children of all ages.” All throughout July, children across the country can collect their own Despicable Me 3 toy with their McDonald’s Happy Meal.
The Happy Meal collection features 12 toys inspired by the beloved characters from the hugely popular movie.
