Let soldiers stop ’em

THE EDITOR: It was done before and it could be done again. If the problem with the Parade of Bands at the Savannah is the players not wanting to get off the stage on time, just bring our soldiers and seamen to contain the stage. A few years ago it was done for the Panorama competition and it was very effective. Of course people complained about the firearms the soldiers carried but the end result was fantastic.
