HISTORY will be created at this year’s Southern Games when international women cyclists match wheels at Guaracara Park in Pointe-a-Pierre. This was confirmed yesterday by Anthony Commissiong, chairman of the Organising Committee for the Southern Games which will be staged on March 12 and 13.
