Do we rename Trinidad as well?

THE EDITOR: I have noticed in recent times there has been much debate on the highest national award of Trinidad and Tobago, the Trinity Cross and its rejection by certain religious factions in the society because it is a Christian symbol. What about the name of our country? Will this also be the subject of a request for change because it may offend some factions in the society? Also what of the protective services which carry the Christian symbol the Star of David? Will some require before service to Trinidad and Tobago to have their regimental symbol also changed to suit the situation? What a thing! What a time!
