Manning to blame for fire

THE EDITOR: Blame for the terrible fire which destroyed many businesses in downtown Port-of-Spain on Saturday last, must lie squarely on the shoulders of our Vision 2020 leader, the Prime Minister, Patrick Manning. Mr Manning, on his way to “work” stopped off to see the fire and spoke with members of the media; and admitted, it was broadcast on radio for all to hear, that for sometime the salt water mains in downtown Port-of-Spain have not been working and it’s time to look at upgrading the system. Talk about vision, that is vision!
