Coconut water $4?

THE EDITOR: Warning to all coconut water lovers. There is an unscrupulous coconut vendor around the Queen’s Park Savannah. He charges you $4 for a coconut but only after he opens it. My experience last Sunday with this vendor is that I ordered coconuts to fill a container and after he opened six into the container he quietly mentioned that the coconut is now four dollars. Of course I stopped him right away and asked him when was this new price introduced. He mumbled everybody is charging this price. Unfortunately I paid the $24 but when I checked with the other vendors they said that the price is still three dollars. So ask your price before buying your coconut, especially from this vendor.
