Illegally parked cars, a danger!

THE EDITOR: For your action, Mr Commissioner of Police: Several motor vehicles including marked police vehicles are illegally parked with impunity 24 hours a day outside of the Mon Repos Police Station which is situated at the corner of the Naparima Mayaro Road and Smith Street, San Fernando, (i)within 30 feet of the said corner and (ii) in contravention of the No Parking signs which are erected on both streets.

When I am exiting Smith Street to turn right into the Naparima Mayaro Road, I have to drive my vehicle beyond the stop line, almost midway into the Naparima Mayaro Road for me to get an unobstructed view, because the motor vehicles are parked too near the corner. Gone are the days when motorists would not have committed such offences near a Police Station. Kind sir, please help.
