CDAP a blessing

THE EDITOR: Politics aside, the Chronic Disease Assistance Plan is really a great help to the poor and elderly people of our nation. I, and for all of those who think as I do, wish to give thanks for the programme. To all those who manage the programme, especially the druggists who deal so kindly with ill people, it is unbelievable. Thank you all health care providers. Thank you.
