Newsday in Panama
Francis Joseph, Court Editor of Newsday, will address a conference of the International Federation of the Red Cross which is being held in Panama City from Monday to Thursday. The conference is being attended by Caribbean journalists. Joseph will address participants on the coverage of disasters in the Caribbean. His address will focus on his coverage of Hurricane Ivan in Grenada in 2004 and the Jamaat al Muslimeen attempted coup of 1990.
