Uncle, nephew shot dead

Two men were shot dead at a house at Ramkhelia Street, Freeport, about 4 pm yesterday. Police believe it was a revenge killing. According to reports, unidentified men pulled up in a vehicle in front the house.

Four occupants of the vehicle alighted and stormed the house firing shots, killing the two men — uncle Gopiechan Gopaul, 39, and his nephew, Ren Ramnarine, 24.
