Sweet Revenge overwhelm Renown
After posting 263 in 29 overs with Andrew Light scoring 77, Chien Gittens (56)and Keith Kanhai (35), Sweet Revenge saw Gittens complete a good allround performance taking six for 44 and Trevon Simpson, three for 59, to rout Renown for 118.
F&E Diamond took a 22-run triumph over Curepe Sports in another quarter-final match.
Diamond scored 142 for six wickets in their 30 overs led by Sheldon Rajkumar (57) and A Harry (38), then bowled out Curepe Sports for 120.
Moosai’s Sports cruised to a comfortable four-wicket victory over Barataria Ball Players in their quarter-final. Ball Players were routed for 105 and Moosai’s replied with 106 for six wickets.
