$.1M BAIL for bank clerk

Sunil Ramtahal, of Warren Road, Charlieville, appeared before Magistrate Ejenny Espinet in the Port-of-Spain First Magistrates’ Court charged with obtaining goods and services from a hardware in the sum of $250,000. He was also charged with issuing a false Inter-Commercial Bank manager’s cheque to the hardware in the sum of $250,000.

No evidence was taken and the case was transferred to the Chaguanas Magistrates’ Court on April 26.

Ramtahal was remanded on $100,000 bail.
