Dogs should get better treatment

Does anyone question how these dogs are treated? Are they properly fed? I have seen dogs tied to a post in the hot sun with nothing to drink.

I have seen that in a popular gas station in Chaguanas. When I called the security company they said that it was “just a dog” and then proceeded to challenge me to report it to the police. I have seen dogs in the back of vans being bounced around. Do we have any agency that looks at the abuse of dogs by these security firms? As citizens we must be aggressive when it comes to these things. We must demand that private security firms treat dogs humanely. Does anyone care? In the US someone would have already sneaked into the kennel of a private security firm and shot a video that would have been aired on CNN or Animal Planet. In the US they arrest people who abuse animals and criminally prosecute them, the same is true of Canada.
