THE EDITOR: Tourism is a private sector activity. It is not the governments of the world who invest and manage the billions of yen, euros, dollars, rupees and lesser currencies in tourism. In Tobago, it is not the Tobago House of Assembly which built Coco Reef and the vast Hilton even if the State may have a stake.

They are ignorant, often illiterate, unemployable. Tobagonians are producing too many criminal children.
The Chief Secretary Orville London must implement modern strategies and techniques to fight crime in Tobago.
