Her business caters for younger persons on their own, looking to furnish their new homes. “My furniture is mostly solid wood and I keep up with the styles and trends the world has to offer, so I could easily raise my prices and only cater for the rich like other stores.

“In those places, you can only get one piece at a time. I try to keep my prices affordable to a wider cross-section of people so that, they can get whole sets for the price of one piece at another store.” Interior decorators also frequent DHF when choosing pieces to furnish and decorate their client’s homes.

Customers can also visit the store and look through available catalogues. If it is not already it stock, it can be ordered.
