Alison hikes out of TT

As often as she could take time off from her work with the British Council, she has been hiking all over this country.

At a farewell dinner given by the British High Commissioner, Ron Nash and his wife Annie Holm-Nash, Alison said she was looking forward to the last hike — the gruelling Matelot to Blanchisseuse (or was it vice versa) walk along the Northern Range before she leaves for London en route to her next posting in Shanghai.
