Country of cowards

This “person” was the biggest coward this country has ever seen. If he were “brave” enough to shoot a human being, one wonders why he wasn’t brave enough to face Pastor Sandy when he was snatching his life away. The only answer I can come up with is that he is the biggest coward and the most miserable of men.

Imagine someone taking the life of a man like Pastor Sandy, a good man and a shining example. Imagine someone taking the life of a man of God (but then, the men of God have always been persecuted for doing the right thing, look at Stephen, John, Abel and the list goes on.) Imagine Pastor Sandy being murdered for standing up for the truth! And what is even worse is the fact that not only is the ‘person’ who took his life a coward, but we have all become cowardly.

Imagine, the place where Pastor Sandy was murdered is surrounded by buildings, homes and no one saw anything, how is that possible? If good men do nothing, evil abounds. I guess we have no more good men or women who are willing to fight for justice.

I wonder if the “people” who robbed and stabbed Pastor Sandy a few weeks ago knew that he was praying for them, that he believed that they could turn their lives around, that they could live up to their potential. They took away the only man who believed in them even after he endured all of this at their hands. But then that was Pastor Sandy, a true and humble servant of the Lord, looking for the best in people.

I wonder if they knew they snatched a father away from his sons, a husband from his wife? I wonder if they feel any remorse, or if their hearts have become so black that they cannot feel?

It is time we stand up and say no more, it is enough! If we continue to do nothing, things will only get worse, are you willing to sacrifice your lives so that evil can win? Take a stand, and help put an end to this.

But our consolation is that God sees all, and justice will be done, one way or another. Some may ask where God was, but I know that God was where he always abides, right next to him. The Lord will ensure justice is done. God is our strength and our comfort, and we know that Pastor Sandy has gone to his reward in heaven.

It’s just a shame that we are a land of cowards that have become numb to the pain of others while Pastor Sandy’s innocent blood is crying out for justice. To those who did this, stop being cowards, be men for once in your life and confess your crimes, repent otherwise all we can do is pray for you, because you have dared to touch God’s chosen son, if you do not, then God have mercy on your souls because you will never have peace in this life or the next.
