Girl escapes injury on Chair Plane

The child's close encounter with injury occurred mid-way into the Chair Plane's ride. Packed with children, some seated with adults, the seven-year-old girl was all smiles when she suddenly slipped off of her seat.

She remained suspended on the chair, with the chain seat-buckle tugging on her neck.

Hanging on for dear life, the child began screaming and begging for someone to rescue her.

The operator of the ride shut off the engine, but as it came to a slow stop, the child slipped further down the seat. Her feet dragged on the ground and the chain buckle tightened around her neck.

As she grabbed the chain tightly, people gathered closer to the Chair Plane. Two people from the crowd attempted a brave grab for the girl. The Chair Plane came to a stop and the girl was rescued.
