Honours today for Diego Warriors

The honorees are Carlos Edwards, Shaka Hislop, Cornel Glen and past Warrior Angus Eve. However, the celebrations will commence at the Starlite Shopping Plaza from 1 pm, where a motorcade will gather and then proceed north on the Diego Martin Main Road before ending at the centre.

The Diego Martin community will give their footballing sons of the soil the recognition they deserve. Newsday was told that some of the speakers scheduled to speak at the ceremony will touch on the footballing exploits of Warriors player Carlos Edwards who hails from Patna.
