The People's Hotline

Elated about her pregnancy, Venesia Joesfield bought herself new outfits at Micles boutique, Frederick Street, Port-of-Spain, early last month.

The Barataria woman, however, did not get a perfect fit when she tried on the outfits when she got home.

Joesfield said she returned the items to Micles and was given a credit note since there was nothing in her size at the store.

However, the credit note was guaranteed for less than a month, Joesfield told The People’s Hotline, she found the expiry date was unreasonable. The People’s Hotline spoke to a manager who was apologetic and promised to deal with the matter.

Joesfield, happily told the Hotline, soon after, that the manager offered her an extension on the credit note along with her deepest apologies.
