Ricardo La Croix, of 8 Guava Court, Santa Rosa Heights, Arima wanted to make a TSTT cell phone switch, from post-paid to pre-paid.

La Croix, who contacted The People’s Hotline in late June, said he made the request in April. When he realised he was still being billed for the post-paid account he called TSTT and was told payment plan would be switched.

Nothing happened, so he turned to the Hotline. A clerk assured Hotline that La Croix request would be approved.

La Croix said a few days after Hotline’s call to TSTT, the switch was made.
