Thieves loot PYM Pavilion

President of the league, Bissoon Birsingh said Dr Baboolal will meet the players at the opening at the Aranjuez Savannah, San Juan, on July 23.

There will be ten teams vying for supremacy and over $10,000 at stake.

Teams are: North Eastern Police; Moosai’s Sports; TSTT; Carenage United; San Juan San Juan; Sweaters; One Love; ABEL Sports; Agent Orange; and Crab Connection. But just as the league is preparing for their opening, thieves broke into the PYMFL Pavilion at the Aranjuez Savannah and made off with tools including shovels, forks, barrows and pipe fittings. Birsingh said the matter was reported to the Barataria Police Station.
