When Lucifer wins battle, tragedy results

To understand tragedies, one need not be a believer in God, only a student of the Bible as literature, and a parent. The Bible records Ten Commandments that the Israelis and by extension all of humanity were asked to follow. No one would disgree that the Commandments are violated. So, tragedy is the result, the punishment that a parent doles out to a child. Peter does pay for Paul.

But those who believe understand: the tragedy one experiences in this life lasts just a tiny moment when compared to the Eternity that awaits in the next life. Others believe that there has been an eternal struggle between God and Lucifer. The Bible in Revelation refers to war in Heaven. When Lucifer wins a battle, tragedy results.

To those who scorn creation or Intelligent Design, consider a paper clip and a rubber band. They could not be convinced that these occur naturally; these office tools must have been designed, and then manufactured.

But Atheists are convinced that the Universe and its inhabitants, which they consider less complex than a paper clip, occurred randomly.
