Troubled by PNM rock wall

The photo is of children climbing an inflatable rock wall and having themselves a ball, as kids should.

My problem with the picture is the caption below it. It says that the rock wall was sponsored by the PNM for underprivileged children.

Why is it that everything in TT must always be so politicised and polarised?

To me, kids are out of school for the summer break and something like this should be sponsored by the Ministry of Sports or another appropriate ministry and available to all children in the country, not just PNMites in waiting. Is this part of the brainwashing to prepare them to be good PNM followers in years to come?

Next thing you will have youth camps set up and sponsored by the UNC for their supporters’ kids. What utter nonsense?

This is a small thing, but it says volumes about us and our politics and governance.

If we continue going down the road we are on, the country will never be united and developed to our full potential and we will continue to be in the monkey pants we are in. It is time we stop this nonsense and stop it now.
