NO MORE LEAKY BUSINESS

Daniel Browne lives at Bournes Road, where a leak sprang opposite his house after a truck accidentally drove across a water main cracking it in the process.

Browne said water from the main spilled out into the street, into his front yard and past his kitchen door. A fed up Browne said he made several reports to WASA, but never got a response. Browne said he needed some assistance from The People’s Hotline because he was tired of the water in his yard. The People’s Hotline spoke to a clerk at WASA’s repairs department, who promised to send out a repair crew within the next three days.

An elated Browne telephoned The People’s Hotline to say that WASA had come to his house and the leak was now repaired.
