Diego man dies from gunshot injuries

According to police reports, around midnight, Hilliare, 48, was walking along Augustine Terrace, when he was approached by a lone gunman who opened fire.

Hilliare who was shot several times slumped to the ground.

Residents reportedly heard the gun shots and notified the E999 Rapid Response Unit. Hilliare was rushed to the PoSGH, where he underwent emergency surgery.

The Homicide Bureau of Investigations are continuing the inquiries.
