Racial discrimination in Chile?

But why on earth, would they choose to go to Chile when there are much better places like Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.?

The DR is much more cosmopolitan and is much more welcoming of peoples of different races and cultures.

And if that is not good enough, they have merengue as a back up.

I would love to hear the experiences of those teachers when they are back from Chile. I hope they can prove me wrong.
