Suspect held in Morvant man’s killing

The gunmen and Biggs’ friends fled the scene while residents, on hearing the gunshots, telephoned police. Biggs’ body was viewed by the District Medical Officer and ordered removed to the Forensic Science Centre. Eyewitnesses claimed the gunmen were dressed in black clothing and wore bandanas (large handkerchiefs) on their heads.
