Man in court for trafficking

Bernard was represented by attorney Leon Gokool and was prosecuted by acting Insp Roodal Harilal. Bernard of James Street, Goodwood, Tobago, was allegedly held on board the MV Sonia with a bag of marijuana on July 10, 2006, by Estate Constable Nolton Joseph. Bernard was on way to Trinidad at the time.

The matter was put off to August 7.
