The phone went dead on July 12, 2006, which was a great inconvenience to her family who lives at Harmony Loutan Hall, Gasparillo.
Loutan said she was unable to make or receive calls or use Internet. The family called TSTT and has been making reports everyday since July 12 after their phone went dead.
The People’s Hotline faxed the information about Loutan’s problem to the Public Office Supervisor at TSTT who promised to look into the matter. Newsday was later informed by Loutan that TSTT technicians visited her home and her telephone service was restored on August 3, 2006. And she also said TSTT settled her claim for the period during which she was unable to use her Internet service.
