Parliament resumes on Friday

The Bill was previously passed by the Senate in July. Amending its 2000 parent act, the bill grants a tax-break to Caricom nationals investing in Trinidad and Tobago’s tourism sector, as required under the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas which sets up the Single Caribbean Market and Economy (CSME).

Also listed for Friday, are the Pilotage (Amendment) Bill and ten questions to government ministers for oral answering and one for a written answer.
