DID PANDAY HIT HIS HEAD?

What else could account for the utter foolishness in his statement that if the UNC wins the next election the members of the party will vote as to who will be the Prime Minister? Does Mr Panday feel the population would vote the UNC into power under this condition? With statements like this ,it seems that Mr Panday might be supporting the PNM for the next general elections.
