Derek, who lives in Sangre Chiquito, said she made five reports to TSTT after the initial report that she made the day after the line was pulled down, but no one came to fix her phone. She said she was certain she missed several calls from her boyfriend who lives abroad who could not contact her otherwise because she does not get a clear signal on her cellular phone.

Derek called The People’s Hotline seeking assistance. The People’s Hotline reported the matter to TSTT soon after.

Last week, a very thankful Derek called the Hotline stating that her phone had been fixed at last.
