Five computers stolen from school

At about 9 am, yesterday several officers searched vehicles in the parking lot for the stolen equipment, after a report was made to the station by school caretakers.

Teachers at the school complained that they were victimised after their vehicles were searched by the police officers.

Teachers also decided to leave the school compound because of the lack of security due to the strike by MTS guards.

Attempts to contact teachers at the school proved futile. Officers of the Chaguanas Police station are continuing inquiries.
