Morvant man shot three times

A 21-year-old Morvant man was shot three times while walking along Thomas Trace, Mon Repos around 9 am yesterday.

Police reports revealed that Sherron Lambkin was ap-proached by a gunman who shot him three times. He was rushed to hospital and warded in serious condition. An eyewitness told Newsday that the suspect fled the scene by running away. Newsday learned that officers of the Morvant Police Station secured a warrant for the arrest of the suspect late yesterday.
