Boxing Board meet promoters

THE newly-appointed Boxing Board of Trinidad and Tobago has called a meeting with all promoters of local professional boxing in an effort to draw up and implement strategies to get boxing back on it’s moorings.
Chairman Melchior Taylor proposed the meeting in view of the fact that there has been no professional boxing here for almost one year. The meeting will be a forum for promoters to field questions, express problems and to meet the board with a vision of getting boxing back on stream as early as this month.
