Maraval go for five straight

MARAVAL YOUTH Academy will be vying for their fifth successive win in the inaugural All Sport National Super League today. The table-toppers will make the trip to the sister isle to face St Clair Coaching School in the second match of a double-header at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, Bacolet. Kick-off time is 7 pm. But the match will be preceded by the BiWater Stokelyvale-Crab Connection tussle from 5 pm.

Maraval hold a three-point lead over Connection, but Crab have a game in hand, while Club Sando are third on nine points. Sando will battle fellow Southerners Police at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium, Marabella from 5 pm while, at 4 pm, another Southern-based unit Mayaro Spurs will host Defence Force at the Mayaro Recreation Ground. Two matches are carded for 4 pm, with TCL Samba Boys and Tamana United, both without a point this season, squaring off at the Sangre Grande Recreation Ground while Caroni oppose WASA Clean & White at Gilbert Park, Couva.
